President & Director
Mr. Greig served as CFO & Director at Crest Petroleum and as a Business Advisor with Gilden Group of mineral exploration companies. Recently at Keegan Resources Inc. (now Asanko Gold) he was part of the mine development team advancing the 5 million ounce Esaase Gold Project. With near 20 years in the resource sector, he brings comprehensive experience in exploration, development and mineral production. Selected engagements within the resource sector include the Hunter-Dickinson Group, Kennecott Canada, Breakwater Resources Ltd and Stantec Engineering. Mr. Greig holds an MBA from the University of Calgary and a BA Geography from Carleton University.
Mr. Mager has over twenty years of experience in management and governance of private and public enterprises. He has served as President, Vice President, Director, Advisor and/or Chief Financial Officer for several TSXV and ASX listed companies, including North Country Gold Corp, Niblack Mineral Development Inc, Brilliant Resources Inc, Graphite One Resources Inc, Kaminak Gold Corp, Indicator Minerals Inc, Corsa Coal Corp, Altiplano Minerals Ltd and Grizzly Discoveries Inc.
Mr. Pierce is currently the CEO at Tag Oil Inc. and was most recently a Partner & Senior Analyst with GMP Securities (London, U.K.) and prior to GMP served as Director of Institutional Research at Tristone Capital (London, U.K.) since 2005. Previous technical engagements include well-site geology across the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and mineral exploration across North and Latin America. Mr. Pierce brings strong geological and financial understanding within resource sectors. Mr. Pierce holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Business and a BSc in Earth Sciences from the University of Victoria. Further, Mr. Pierce is currently a director at North Country Gold,Crest Petroleum, Jordan Energy and Mining Ltd (private) and Redtail Metals.
Mr. Dufresne received his B.Sc. in Geology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 1983 and his M.Sc. in Economic Geology from the University of Alberta in 1987. He is a registered Professional Geologist (P.Geol.) with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) since 1989. Mr. Dufresne is the President and a principal of APEX Geoscience Ltd. He has worked as a consulting geologist for over 25 years conducting and directing exploration programs for junior and major exploration and mining companies encompassing a variety of commodities and deposit types including diamond, gold (placer and lode), base metal and industrial minerals in Alberta, British Columbia, Yukon, Nunavut, Quebec, the Northwest Territories (NWT) and internationally. Mr. Dufresne has authored numerous Technical Reports for public companies for early to advanced exploration stage projects including resource work for a variety of commodities and deposit types. He has additionally published extensively on the mineral potential of Alberta, as well as the Yukon and Northwest Territories and was first author of “Diamond Potential of Alberta” Alberta Geological Survey Bulletin 63. Mr. Dufresne was personally involved with and part of the exploration teams responsible for the discovery of the George Lake – Goose Lake gold deposits, Nunavut, the Three Bluffs gold deposit, Nunavut, and the Perseverance gold deposit, which is currently in production, in the Coolgardie area of Western Australia.
